• Collaborated with a 2-person design team to design a ground-up modern residence using

• Managed, designed, built, and decorated a 3,000 sq. ft. gut renovation using SketchUp,
ArchiCAD, Folio, Smartsheet, and BuildTools resulting in multiple awards (Brick Kiln)

consultants, contractors, and local jurisdictions. During construction, led daily communication
with the site supervisor, ordered finishes specifications, handled budget, RFPs, and schedule,
