As Senior Design Manager Jess oversees all aspects of design from Urban Planning to Strategy. His diverse background in real estate finance, real estate development and architecture helps him overcome complex urban development challenges.

Jess is currently focused on the "District Detroit" project - a 50 square block development in Detroit, Michigan.
