As a designer Jessica is inspired by challenges that require a creative solution that pushes boundaries and explores every alternative. She naturally, and unapologetically, takes the initiate and dives directly into those challenges head-on. She enjoys being around people and prefers working in collaborative groups where she can inspire, teach, and learn from those around her.
