The purpose of this project is the creation of an office building along the lines of
Co-working for the city of Santa Maria, where rooms can be rented for different
periods of time, may be hours or even 1 year.

The concept of the project submitted begins with the use of the axis formed
by two of the main streets of the neighborhood where the practice area is located, and
seeks to reconcile this idea to the concept of coworking, as working together,
work with different connections.
