ARCHITECT:
My mission is to create socially conscious and environmentally responsible architecture, and to teach students how to pursue their passions, and in doing so, realize my own.

EDUCATOR:
Teaching is the most efficient form of learning. I do not believe any professional should ever stop learning and participating in educational discourse. We need to go back to the basics- the concepts which made us passionate about our work in the first place, the concepts that kept you up at night at your drafting table at the studio. The things that brought tears to your eyes and made you tremendously happy to have chosen architecture as your profession.

ENTREPRENEUR:
Everyone should be an entreprenuer- in the sense that you can create the world around you, and create value in your own interests and in your everyday life. My goal is to reach as many people as possible and infect them with the passion that I have inside, to make their own visions into realities. That is why I teach and that is why I learned about business.

PHILOSOPHY:
The buildings we create are beings, living, and breathing whatever life we give them, and we as architects must learn how to give them up the moment they are born. They need to be given to mankind. They should not be made for the purpose of self gain, greed, or popularity. They are our loyal workers, and we need to be loyal creators, loving them and letting them go. They must be able to withstand and absorb our collective pain. If they cannot do this, they are all merely false prophets.
