The townhouse on 76th Street and 3rd Avenue was gutted completely in its 4 existing floors and reconfigured for a one family house adding 2 floors including a glass greenhouse and deck at top. All millwork as well as finishes such as flooring and stone was fabricated and purchased in Brasil and shipped to NYC cutting the cost for those items in 80%. The design of its interiors intended to keep a traditional yet modern and clean look.
