About 

Over 15 years of experience in architecture, including concept design, design development, construction documentation, project management, construction administration, and field observation through project completion.  Designed and managed the construction of domestic and international class-A commercial mixed-use high-rises, super-talls, cultural institutions, luxury hotels, and large-scale resorts.

• Working cross studios and consultant teams to oversee the design of various ground up, reposition and interior projects in Southern and Northern California for developers and tech companies.
• Broad responsibilities include project scope planning, requirement, budget development, staffing, financial reporting, milestone reviews and conducting performance analysis to ensure profitability.
• Serving as the central point of contact, while chairing weekly calls and on-site milestone meetings, with all key project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, designers, and engineers to ensure successful project delivery.

• Directly reporting to a Managing Partner to help oversee the planning and design of a wide range of project types including large-scale master plans, mixed-use, commercial offices, retail developments and hospitality projects.
• Produced service proposals in response to RFPs and assisted with negotiations and contract language drafts.
• Developed a comprehensive market report for monitoring the firm’s China activities, now used by all other regions.

• Guiyang World Trade Center, Guiyang, China – 800,000 sqm. mixed-use development including a 380m mixed-use tower, a 200m office tower, 3 residential towers, boutique hotel, retail mall and village and sports leisure center
• Guizhou Cultural Plaza Riverfront Tower and Performing Art Center, Guiyang, China – 520m mixed-use super-tall tower and performing arts complex including an opera house, concert hall and multi-purpose theater
• Tian’an Longgang Cyber Park, Shenzhen, China – 333,000 sqm. mixed-use including a 200m tower, hotel and mall
• Shenzhen Rural Commercial Bank, Shenzhen, China – 150m tall headquarters tower and retail bank

• Designed and executed a variety of hospitality, hotels and resort facilities over the course of seven years, ultimately moving into the Project Architect role, leading and managing a number of resort projects from concept to CA.
• Highlights include leading the design of Rosewood Hotel and Spa in Nassau, responsible for the design of $300 million dollar remodel for Wynn Resort Macau. Oversaw the winning master plan entry for mix-use development.
