'Living Things' – an installation of functional vignettes of a home in the near future containing symbiotic, photosynthetic, living furniture has been the most challenging and fulfilling project I have ever had the opportunity to create. The installation was created for The Mattress Factory Museum of Contemporary Art after being selected from over 500 submissions from 27 countries.

The vision of this project: A future where biological symbiosis is integrated into design and architecture to create food and/or fuel.

The project, Living Things, was featured online and in print from Japan to Brazil at places like Domus, Wired, and Fast Company.
