• As quantity Surveyor, I do the preparation of the quantity needed during tender stage in a particular scope, such as wallcovering, curtains, acoustic panels, vinyl flooring and all related to finishing works in all of our project. I do also material monitoring during the installation and evaluate the overall flow of materials until the project ends.
• As Project Site Inspector, I make it sure that proper installation and execution of our products are being followed, considering also the quality of the work should also delivered.

- Attends scheduled weekly site meeting with the contractor and the owner.
- Attends walk through site inspection and monitors the quality of work in relation to the approve plans and specifications.
- Verify and approve material samples and work finish and execution from contractors and suppliers.

- Prepares detailed plans from tender phase to construction phase.
- Review and updates plan and revision and ensuring all affected areas to be raised to contractor and client.
- Verifies plans, specifications, and other standards are being followed.

- Prepares shop drawing to the project.
- Ensures shop drawing and other plans are updated when needed by the QS, Survey team and other division on site.
- Ensures proper filing of drawing plans in accordance with the company’s directive and procedure as per ISO.
- Prepares as-built plans for final turn over to the client.
