• Manage LAUD BIM/Revit Template, Families, Setups, Standards(Shared Parameters, Keynotes, Etc.)
• Manage and conduct LAUD in-house traning for advance and actual application/uses of BIM/Revit tools
• Manage, Review, and Purchase BIM related Software and Hardware Requirements includes custom Built Powerful COmputers
• Preparation and Development of LAUD BIM Manual, BIM Standards, best practices in modeling and documentation
• Develop BIM tools using Revit API (Application Programming Interface)
• Develop AutoCAD Tools using Autolisp Programming.
• Prepare application for BCA BIM Funding including all necessary documents, and project collaboration with the BCA Officers
• Manage and supervise LAUD BIM team and working together with BIM and Technical Director to develop and use full capability of BIM tools this includes preparation for tender and construction drawings using Full BIM/Revit.
• Troubleshoot BIM/Revit/CAD/IT Issues
• Preparation of LAUD Project BIM Execution Plan(BEP) and BIM Implementation Plan(BIP)
• Manage and supervise LAUD BIM Projects for 3D BIM Submission
• Manage LAUD BIM Project from Design Development Phase to Construction Drawings
• Performs BIM Validation check and clash detection using Solibri Model Checker(SMC) and Autodesk Naviswork
• Develop, discover, collect, share and manage processes, best practices and techniques of BIM/ REVIT/ other BIM tools
