Since then, I have tutored and researched at UWA’s School of Design. In 2018, I relocated to New York City to pursue architecture on an E3 working visa.

Faculty of Architecture, University of Western Australia, Perth, AU, Research Assistant / Sessional Staff Tutor

After graduation from the University of Western Australia in 2016, I held a research assistant position at the UWA school of design, whist tutoring in first-year design studios, technical drawing classes and visualisation seminars.

Research areas included working on a website that was aimed to reveal the historical context in which the architectural objects and cultural landscapes of Perth city have emerged throughout time. It is hoped that the platform will be of interest to not only architects, designers, planners, researchers and students, but to anyone compelled to learn the stories of Perth's evolving city.

In addition to this project, I helped to digitally reconstruct the Great Byzantine Palace of Constantinople for Dr Nigel Westbrook's PhD. By extracting evidence from existing architectural drawings and textual descriptions, the Great Byzantine Palace of Constantinople has been redrawn and illustrated through a series of technical drawings, accompanied by a digital model.
