Redevelopment and transformation of the former industrial location of Enser Weg into a cultural Centre, on the right side of the Rhine, south of Cologne. The project integrates residential housing, local businesses and landscape elements in an climatic and ecological positiv way.

Klima Baustein Antwerpener Straße, Cologne City Center, Köln 2018

Klimawandel Köln recommended this project, working towards the redevelopment of this highly densified central area of Cologne into a green, climatically and ecologically valuable landscape. This project is currently in the planning phase and will integrate residential housing, facilities, workshops and manufacturing in a tightly inter-woven block structure, contributing significantly to the climatical improvement of the inner city.

Redevelopment of a WW II air-raid shelter into flats, lofts and Artisan studios and workshops, Krefeld 2018

The redevelopment of the above ground air-raid shelter, Deutscher Ring in Krefeld, into high quality flats, lofts and Artisan studios, is our second project of this kind after the successful redevelopment of a previous air-raid shelter in Cologne Zollstock and is currently in the planning phase.

Building Project working group Heubruch, 50 flats and a Kinder Garden, Wuppertal 2018

“Fahradachse Ruhr-Rhine” is an important bicycle route running along the previous train track through Wuppertal Barmen and would benefit from high quality residential development along this route to give structure to the area. We are currently working with a local working group, as the project nucleus, on the development of residential flats, recreational spaces as well as artisan workshops and a kinder garden along this route.

Building project working group Trialog, 30 Flats, Hilden 2018

In co-operation with Baufrösche Architects and Urban Planners GMBH we are in the process of realising 30 flats with integrated communal facilities in the city of Hilden, south of Düsseldorf Benrath.
