About

My Architecture degree was more focused on Architectural visualization and Construction Management. My skills helped me to garner awards and recognition for museum studies.

Outside school, I’ve participated in volunteering programs such as community events for the elderly, skill sharing and arts education for children in remote areas.

I’m a highly creative architect with 7 years of experience. I’ve made cost-effective projects, at 30% less cost than competitors, with 15% less rework than my colleagues. I've Received client recommendations in the past too.

And based on Experience and efficiency at work:

I used to Communicate with lead designers, architects, businessmen and builders to deliver finished product on-time and in-budget. I’ve Delivered projects consistently up to 30% below budget without sacrificing the client needs.

Career development:
In 2015 I had my first job at CH Builders, a design and build firm.
Major strengths I've developed in the first 5 years of working in both design and technical areas:

In early 2017, I have worked as an entry-level intern (level 1 graduate intern) in a project-based Chinese-Filipino Architectural firm for a 60 Million Commercial Project in Metro Manila, Philippines, the WERCO Arcade.

In the early months of 2021, I was hired by Porcelanosa Group by Casa Europa Incorporated, a Multinational Company from Spain that has established its branch in Manila, as an Interior Architect for Kitchens, Bathrooms and other spaces. I handled bigger projects such as luxury malls and high-end residences.
