• Puerto Rico Telephone Company – New construction/maintenance of electrical substations; removal, management and installation of battery banks, chillers and air handling units; installation of voltage inverters, suppressors, ground systems, rectifiers and batteries, UPS protected electrical panels and circuits, transfer switch, fuse panels, AC/DC electrical routes, relocation of electrical transformer posts, anchoring of BTS; and installation/maintenance of diesel fuel tanks.
• Sprint PCS – Implemented cable routing and finishing for DC Main Power, T-1 BBU/alarm UDA Grounds for BBU & BTS; installed batteries, arrestor bars, and anchored BBU/BTS rectifiers, 1½ & 2 inch conduit route installation for 60 & 100 amp circuits.
• Me Salve, Inc. - Designed and directed installation of pendant sprinkler system, installation of step down dry triphasic electrical transformer, acoustic ceiling, slate board with 3 inch groove, electrical panels, electrical circuits, and 5 to 30 ton A/C units.
• Black Point Management - Repair and installation of asphalt and roads, underground potable water lines, and sidewalks for Jardines Shopping Center and Bayamon Oeste Shopping Center.

Siemens Transit Team, Guaynabo, PR, US, Project Engineer

Hired to expedite stalled multi-billion dollar Urban Train project in the greater San Juan metropolitan area. Conducted work-in-progress, job completion analysis and verification, cost estimates for completion, bid preparation and distribution, contract editing and renegotiation. Drafted work plans and change-order documents for two train stations and principal office buildings. Acted as communications link traveling between field and sector offices; tracked and reported project progress; estimated material, equipment and labor requirements; drafted dimensional drawings, technical specifications and section layouts. Secured required certificates from PRASA (water/sewer), PREPA (power), Puerto Rico Fire Department, and NFPA (fire, building and safety) for the three facilities.
 Solved important technical issue left unaddressed by previous contractor developing underground fire hydrant/pump system to protect drivers cabs, low and high voltage switchgear cabinets, and control boxes.
 Successfully completed project within time line, identifying and addressing problems before they became emergencies.

Volt Management, Guaynabo, PR, US, Project Engineer

Served as field, construction, and resident engineer recruited to develop work plans and re-create specification requirements for segment of the Urban Train project, which had been halted for over a year. Established timeline and project schedule, prepared and negotiated contract revisions, recruited and coordinated activities of Siemens trackwork quality control team, and collaborated in the development and implementation of a recovery plan. Performed daily field inspections and served as technical lead advising on design,
construction and change order processes. Calculated estimates on phase completions; approved subcontractor disbursements; document track installations; reviewed and recommended approvals on as-built plans; and moderated sub-contractor and designer meetings. Monitored project progress and addressed issues with sub-contractors related to design, specifications, and safety compliance standards.
 Delivered completed project within projected 18-month period; and awarded performance recognition by senior management.
