10-acre, 320-slip, multi-structure, regional ocean-access marina with adjoining 9,000 square-foot retail and office building at Bass River on Route 28. 5-year project from initial design, review and approvals from federal, local, state, wand wetlands commissions to final completion. Main structure supported by piles driven to bedrock in marsh coastal region.
