Monterra, Budva, Montenegro, Senior architect

Designed and supervised luxury tourist complex Dukley gardens (40.000m2, 36 villas, pools, marinas, cafes...) on cape Zavala in Budva.

Provided technical oversight and coordination of project activities with clients, consultants, contractors and staff, managing scope changes. Established rigorous design variation, early warning, change request and documentation systems, conducted detailed risk analysis. Managed claims, disputes, testing and commissioning.
