In addition to the mentioned achievements in the Resume, I bring over two years of experience - a full spectrum of duties, responsibilities, and project types-from local firms. I became a nimble team player and a proactive learner and can quickly develop skills in any area that requires assistance. As the Nature of small firms demand an architect with wide range of skills

However, I also offer Four supplementary skill sets that may be of interest:

1-Business Development

At Iwan Design House, I have participated in marketing, promotions, website design and social media advertising. I also experienced proposal writing, award submissions and Quotation Presentation. I made a new company profile for my first firm, and the First Company profile for my second firm in 2 events I made proposals for a booth design, one of them was approved and executed, I made a billboard add design on a highway

2-Management

As the Nature of small firms, I learned Some management Skills, As I had the Privilege to lead a team of 3 in a Visualization Submission, through which I learned Coordination and how to optimize tasks and assigning them the most suitable human resources

3-Filming Skills

I have always been interested in presenting and visual storytelling, and I attribute my academic success to this skill. I made some educational videos during my academic journey that I learned through some videography techniques like XXX, video editing, script writing and keying (or rotoscoping). During this phase I was fascinated by architectural animation as I made a video for each design project weather this video is an architectural walkthrough or Business Oriented Video targeting to sell the Project, in this phase I learned Architectural Animation, Previz (scenario writing) and some simulations.

4-Physical Models

Our university (MIU) is well known for its Physical Models, every Design project we submit around 3 conceptual models, 3 Mass Models and 2 Detailed Models. First two years were manual Models only, then we integrated Laser Cutting 2d Unrolling using Papakura, and 3d printing in some cases. This gave me an extra edge in the professional work as we used the same methods in addition to some lighting techniques.
