Concluded my career as a licensed electrician leading the field installation of Student Activities Center and Veteran’s Resource Center of approximately 11,500 sq.ft. and the underground for a new 3 story 106,023 sq. ft. science, math and engineering building facility for Cypress College.

Working in conjunction with PM’s, Superintendents, Foremen and Project Documentation I communicated the vision for completing an installations’ necessary requirements to the field journeymen and apprentices.

I have worked through responsibilities facilitating project demands by field coordinating the electrical trade scope of work, project schedule, sequence of installation and works of others during regularly scheduled project meetings and on the fly as typical construction negotiations go.

Tri-Power Electric
Assisted preparing project interests for public bidding. Attended job walks, Electrical scope takeoffs, and request quotes for equipment, fixtures and subcontract work.

Assisted project foreman. Led certified journeyman and apprentice electricians in completing the modernization of the auditorium and natatorium at LBUSD Wilson High school. Renaissance High School Interim Foreman.

Along with the PM, Superintendent, and Project Documentation I led electricians of varying experiences to successfully complete the electrical trade scope of work required to operate a 39,000 SF of 8 Plex new CGV Theaters Buena Park.
