Pierside South is an urban infill project part of a master plan to bring density to downtown Oceanside, CA. The building is a 110-unit, mixed-used multifamily project built adjacent to a commuter rail line and only blocks away from the Pacific Ocean. A wide variety of community spaces encourage connections between residents and the outdoors.
