My involvement with this project was from stage 1. My role was to design 2 concepts for the same site. The site has a heritage house sitting on it, hence we designed 2 options: one where we keep the heritage house and add the greenhouse and pavilion and one where we design a new house. I attended meetings with the client. I went from the footprint of the development to the interior layout, the facade design and interior design. I was responsible for the CAD drawings as well as guiding the 3D Modelling team.
