Funke LA, the restaurant located at the prestigious intersection of Canon Drive and Santa Monica Boulevard in Beverly Hills, showcases the harmonious fusion of form, function, and beauty in its design by architect Dan Brunn. Led by chef Evan Funke, the restaurant offers a captivating experience where culinary artistry meets artistic expression. The 24-foot-high ground-floor dining room features a breathtaking installation of 273 hand-blown Murano glass Fizi Ball modular lighting pendants by Articolo, creating an enchanting ambiance with adjustable levels and a subtle twinkling effect. The reflection of the glass balls on the pasta lab surfaces evokes Yayoi Kusama's infinity spaces, while iconic artworks from Kurt Rappaport's collection, including pieces by Jean-Michel Basquiat, Andy Warhol, Ed Ruscha, and Jean "Johnny" Pigozzi, adorn the walls. Funke encapsulates a captivating blend of culinary excellence and artistic design, providing guests with a truly immersive and visually stimulating dining experience.
