About 

Graduated with a bachelor in Landscape Architecture (S.Ars.L) from IPB University and a master in landscape architecture (M.LA) from Chiba University. Passionate in trying new things while challenging myself to strive further and believe in the approach of viewing problems holistically with adequate research. Aspire to work in an industry where community development is the approach to determine the outputs and services, while also hold a main focus in the landscape architecture industry. Was active in various student-body activities, joined internships, involved in national-wide projects, worked as a Liaison personnel, and attended professional workshops. Possess practical knowledge of large-scale project management, conflict management and resolution, public speaking and interaction, time management, anger and emotion management, scientific writing, and horticulture management.

• Researched relevant content topics for each big event (2-5 topics per week).
• Designed and edited the graphic for content posts following the chosen topic, each post has 1-10 contents.
• Supervised 3 interns for a big event, created a uniform design template for their design guideline, gave feedbacks to the interns’ works, and arranged their working schedule.

Chiba University, Landscape Planning Laboratory, Matsudo, JP, Part-Time ASCENT Program Teaching Assistant (Online)

• Assisted 10 Japanese high school students for the completion of their landscape design assignments for 2 weeks, making sure that the submitted works are up to the standard given and fulfilled the deadline.
• Assisted in the students’ research processes, gave extensive guidance (gave feedbacks, replied to emails and questions, etc), and attended their last presentation day (presented to watch their presentations and gave final comments).

• Learned 5+ types of Japanese glasshouse nursery plants, especially with ornamental foliage plants, shrubs, and trees (example: takagi, waki, different ornamental herbs, and indoor ornamental vegetables).
• Learned various glasshouse nursery hydroculture processes, including how to do plant propagations (shrubs) and transplantations (foliage plants and trees, moving from soil to water-based medium through repotting with hydroculture media) as well as how hydroculture irrigation works.
• Successfully transplanted 6+ plants (including trees, ornamental foliage plants, and shrubs).

Pusat Dokumentasi Arsitektur, Jakarta, ID, Project-Based Architect Assistant

• Assisted in researching secondary literature data for the designated area (from academic journals, government reports, and historical records), surveyed the literal conditions of the area (noted various significant historical structures and buildings, communicated with 5+ involved locals, and made sure that every available data is collected properly in accordance with the necessity of the project), analyzed and made a synthesis of the found problems in the area, resulted in the creation of the area governement’s RTBL (Building and Environmental Planning) document.
• Collaborated with 7 other architects and learned how to use Trello as an application for managing the project flow, the work schedules, as well workload and divisions.
• Proofread and edited 30+ pages of final report, making sure that it is structured and easy to read.

• Assisted in devising the liaison office and attended meetings as a secretary to write meeting minutes with 5+ professors discussing the collaboration programs.
• Intermediated communications between IPB University (Landscape Architecture Department) and Chiba University (Landscape Planning Laboratory) by answering to emails and questions from both sides.
• Managed the administrative works (translated documents from Indonesia to English and vice-versa, assisted in writing reports and proposals for upcoming programs, and provided document edits and proofreads).
• Monitored 2 exchange students’ documents and provided extensive support for them (assisted in finding their place to live, checked their necessary documents to be enrolled in the program, etc).
