A comprehensive refurbishment of a flat in Eixample barcelonés to create an apartment for tourists.

The idea was to convert the flat into two apartments for tourists, one in avant-garde style and the other in classic style. In the case of the second one, we were able to respect almost all of the original architecture, keeping the ceilings and existing mouldings, as well as the doors, carpentry and other elements. We carried out restoration on a lot of the furniture which was in the house and for each room we specifically designed a hydraulic mosaic tile which combined with the micro cement of the general surface.
