Being a residential building for a developer, emphasis was to maximize the number of apartment units creating a dense living environment. A beehive was used as the inspiration where modular hexagonal elements create a dynamic visual aesthetic. All stages of the project design, concept to handover were supervised which include approval process, coordination with structural and mechanical teams and site supervision. Detail design were created with a series of interior renders and joinery drawings to best reflect the external apprearence of the project.
