This project is located on a plot of land measuring 342m2, within a small town with few inhabitants and a few houses around it. During 2018, this place had become a dangerous and somewhat conflictive area.

The architectural program for this residence is composed of conventional spaces, except for the living room which was required to be extremely spacious as the client often has many guests and wanted to entertain them in this area. In addition, it includes a dining room, kitchen, services, three bedrooms, terraces, a small pool, and garden areas.

One of the client's requirements was to keep the house closed off from the street, given the security situation that was being experienced. To avoid drawing attention, some very small windows were left in place.
