Designer in Austin, TX. One NCARB exam from initial licensure in the state of Oklahoma and will file for licensure in the States of Texas and New York. I am a current associate AIA member sitting on the Urban Design & DesignVoice committee, where I am actively engaged in the following undertakings

 CAP & Stich program under the purview of TxDOT IH-35 Expansion

 Functional Green program: beautifying downtown Austin using vegetation/landscaping to combat concrete-jungle design.

 Design from Schematic Design to CA full project scopes in the markets of Single-Family Residence, MultiFamily Residence, Mixed Use buildings, Retail Centers, Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings, Eating & Drinking Establishments, Veterinary Clinics and assorted support on code compliance, renovation and restoration of existing structures

Oversaw AXP journeys for those pursuing license; matching candidates with project managers to ensure credits were assigned allowing pursuit of licensure.  Formed the Fox Design LLC and secured design contracts from four establish firms to complete residential
and commercial construction projects, including EAB, Circle Plan and Design LLC, Enik Mehmenti
Architects, and ACB Architects, which generated $60K per year in annual revenue.
 Oversaw three residential construction projects for Circle Plan and Design LLC valued at $500K-$800K,
which included additions and build-outs to existing houses.
 Managed a six-month contract with EAB, which included eight construction projects valued at $30M.
 Oversaw three projects for ACB Architects valued at $75M, which included construction projects for new
roofing at the Delta Terminal in the LaGuardia Airport.
 Conducted renovations to existing hospitals throughout the Greater New York area, which included the design
of new clean rooms, lobbies, patient rooms, and MRI rooms.
 Managed two interns and provided training on CAD standards, local codes for Healthcare architecture, roof
penetrations, and tapered insulations for roof pitches.

 Designed upgrades for the preservation of schools in Nassau and Suffolk County, provided construction
administration, and liaised between the client and Construction Manager to ensure the proper allocation of
budgets for 15 school construction projects valued at $20M-$100M across four districts.
 Created specification writing for the integration of new technologies into pre-war buildings, developed
construction documents and project manuals, and coordinated with Historical Preservation societies to
propose construction changes and protect the general aesthetic of historical buildings.
 Coordinated with in-house MEP Engineers and Landscape Architects to calculate requirements for new
construction and roadways, install fittings for septic and waste systems, and upgrade services.

 Served as the Head of design teams, which included managing five Engineers per project to develop
mechanical, electrical, and plumbing layouts.
 Served on the Architectural team to upgrade CAD Design programs for the firm and curated a CAD library
featuring new technology to ensure all best practices remained up to date throughout the server.
 Managed a project valued at $100M for Great Neck Schools, which included new windows and doors district
wide, extensions for elementary schools, capitol upgrades, new ceiling systems and grids, and preserving
existing brick structures at all schools.
 Oversaw a project for Babylon Public Schools, which included the construction of new locker rooms, gym
bleachers, corridor lockers, security vestibules, and exterior door replacements.
 Managed a project for Greenlawn Public Schools to construct district wide roof replacements.

SWA Architecture PLLC, Huntington, NY, US, Project Manager

 Served as Chief Project Designer on construction projects for eating and drinking establishments valued at
$15M, which included ensuring code compliance and zoning for the NYC Department of Buildings.
 Oversaw the Legends Bar and Grill construction project valued at $4M, which included conducting initial
programming, zone analysis, project coordination, and design schemes.
 Served as Chief Designer for the construction of the Rye bar in Williamsburg, NY valued at $2.5M, which
included initial preparation of drawings, developing a demolition plan, attending client meetings, and
implemented design changes, fire suppression systems, access paths, and ADA toilet rooms.
 Served on the design team for the Bourbon Street bar construction project valued at $17M, which included
converting an existing mixed-use building into an upscale restaurant with a mezzanine level balcony and VIP
lounge in the French Quarter aesthetic.
 Led a project to bring the Blue Note Jazz Club up to date with Fire Egress Codes and coordinated with the
Historical Preservation Society to create a new emergency exit while maintaining the existing façade.
 Created the CAD Library and start up templates streamline the drafting of new projects, which eliminated
redundant work and saved over 20 workhours per project.

 Graduated with inaugural class of the new hybrid Business-Construction Management program of the
university of Oklahoma run as collective with the Price School of Business and the Gibbs School of
Architecture.
 17 Course program concentrating on; Construction Law, Lean Construction, Real Estate Investments/Law,
Quantitative Analysis, Negotiations, Behavioral Studies and other finance/construction management courses
to instruct students on creation of pro-forma, site selection and lean construction of structures to generate
future profit for investors.
