This development project brings together our Village Standard, the Cottage ADU, and a custom barn with a lofted in-law suite, all positioned elegantly on a sloping forest lot. 

The plan is a study in seamlessly integrating the built space with the natural environment, with each structure placed to take advantage of existing views, minimize the clearing required, and to form an relationship with the property’s long runs of stone walls.

The interior approach is modern, but warm. Wood ceilings, wide plank oak floors and natural wood framed windows bring a touch of rustic into an otherwise gallery-like space.
