A 1970's office building retrofit work. a Design Bid Build project . Construction Drawings are composed by a 2 man team . CADD and complete the package set for the  construction drawings while having Project Managerial role. Coordinated with consultants and Contractor etc. Detailing the facade is the most critical work. While coordinating the design with Structural requirements is the challenge in this project. The shift of location of the new elevator  in relation with the new facade . etc.
