A Prefabricated Modular Classroom, Building Blocks system incorporates all of the programmatic elements necessary for the construction of a public school.  Utilizing the same technology found in prefabricated swimming pool construction and luxury yachts, the fiberglass shell is waterproof, UV resistant, and maintenance free, with a life expectancy of over 50 years.
By utilizing Hydronic heating and cooling combined with photovoltaic units and LED supplemental lighting, the energy requirements of the system are projected to approach a net zero condition.
Essentially, Building Blocks is a fully-scalable “kit of parts” system that can be deployed very rapidly to  accommodate a variety of sites.  This flexibility in potential siting is allowed by structural, mechanical, and construction systems designed to perform properly in a full spectrum of worst-case sun exposure, heating and cooling, seismic, wind loading, and site sensitivity cases.
