Exterior:

Color Palette: The exterior will be clad in a crisp white material, such as stucco or pre-cast concrete panels. This will create a clean and modern aesthetic and reflect the tropical sunlight beautifully.

Modern Lines: Straight lines, geometric shapes, and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows will define the exterior design. Large overhangs will provide shade and create a sense of horizontal emphasis.

Tropical Integration: Lush landscaping with palm trees, flowering plants, and native vegetation will surround the bungalow. Strategic placement of trees will provide privacy and frame views of the pool and garden.
Interior:

Open Floor Plan: The interior will embody an open floor plan, allowing for natural light to flow freely throughout the space. Sliding glass doors will blur the lines between the living area and the pool deck, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection.

Modern Finishes: High-end finishes like polished concrete floors, sleek cabinetry, and minimalist light fixtures will accentuate the modern theme. Natural stone accents, like marble countertops and backsplashes, will add a touch of luxury.
