Since I moved to Los Angeles six years ago I have worked for a variety of architecture firms where I have gained a wide range of skills and expertise. At Patrick Tighe Architecture and Swift Lee Office I developed design and construction documentation for various residential, retail, and mixed-used projects, in ordinance with zoning and building code requirements. On many projects I was the primary coordinator with engineers and other consultants. Also, as part of business development I was responsible for extensive RFQ submissions, most notably a recent submission to the City of New York Department of Design and Construction.
Over the past year I have also worked with Museum Of Contemporary Art as an independent consultant on various large scale museum exhibitions. I helped design, draw and visualize the exhibition space for all three MOCA locations. Some of the exhibits I conceptualized and created plans for are River of Fundament by Mathew Barney and an upcoming exhibition by Doug Aitken.
I graduated with distinction from SCI-Arc and was awarded the AIA Henry Adams Certificate. My thesis dealt in researching new fabrication methods of complex geometries with 6-axis robots. It was exhibited at the Centre Pompidou and has been published in various online and printed magazines.
