A significant overall renovation of a traditional split-level ranch house.  Additional living area was captured from the existing garage for an expanded dining room.  The kitchen was completely updated with modern appliances, all existing and new windows were replaced with high efficiency units, and new interior finishes and fixtures in all bathrooms.  Exterior siding alterations with new hardscaping and landscaping were integrated for a new approach to the house entry.
