Based in Bogotá, Colombia, Hexa Studio is a group of architects who believe that architecture in its current context should function as an interdisciplinary tool for project resolution. According to this approach, it is understood that the role of an architect must go beyond what the field of architecture traditionally frames, in a world where globalization disposes to interdisciplinarity as a method capable of constantly feeding back and innovating a discipline through collaboration at work with their peers. That is why, from an analogy with a toolbox, Hexa Studio proposes that the knowledge of an architect, provided by the discipline, should work as capable tools to fulfill with this purpose.
