Redesign and renovation of a 1,000SF 1-bedroom duplex residence. The project surgically alters the existing kitchen and bathroom core to create a new informal eating and study area. A double row of kitchen cabinetry captures the extra height for storage. A laser cut felt curtain system is used to create a flexible area for guests.
