Hello, to whom it may correspond,

I am an Architect designer, with +5 years of experience in different work environments as home and physical office, being employer and employee, working with a team or individual tasks. I can also add my construction experience in site, being in charge of client’s needs, supervising all stages from foundations to finishes, work schedules, payrolls, etc.

About my software proficiency, counting my time during school, i have been using AutoCAD and Revit for around 10 years, plus other software to complement my work. Being Revit my main developer software for architectural projects elaborating blueprints, 3D modeling, rendering, structure and installation detailing and more. I even gave classes of Revit architecture to younger students in my college, as a way of getting income but also helping my colleagues. I can use many other software as well, like Lumion, Sketchup, 3dsmax, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Twinmotion, Unreal engine 4, Virtual Reality experience, Microsoft Excel, word and PowerPoint, Opus, and more.

I have a Bachelor´s Degree in Architecture and also, still coursing a Masters in Real State Valuation, which is one year left to finish, and won´t interfere with a full time work schedule, since they are night classes only.

I currently live in Mexico, counting with a USA cross border visa in case of traveling to site or other matters.  I hope that’s not a problem, and if a change of residence is necessary a would gladly do it, I am willing to take any choice.
