- Tenant build outs of new branch offices in Little Rock, AR and New York City
- Lease negotiation for tenant improvements
- Create scaled floor plans for general contractor with agreed upon tenant improvements using
Microstation V8
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, union laws, and ADA through research and
inspections
- Work directly with general contractor and subcontractors as sole customer contact
- Bid out to subcontractors, approve final bids
- Research, estimate, and specify all finishes, products, electrical, furniture, carpet, cabinetry,
appliances and plumbing
- Research and contract for phones, internet service and on-site IT needs
- Select and install artwork, decor, etc.
- Worked with IT team to migrate to cloud computing
- Create office Intranet with interactive floorplan using Adobe Flash and Dreamweaver
- Manage website using WordPress and Adobe Dreamweaver
- Special projects of varied nature for owner
- Manage owner’s schedule, emails, travel and personal requests
