I am a hard-working and driven architect looking to work in a studio that pushes the limits on architectural design projects and architectural representational techniques. I wish to contribute to and collaborate with equally passionate young architects working in the field today.

- Contributed to, and oversaw schematic design, design development,
construction documentation, and construction administration for multiple
projects.
- In charge of developing a comprehensive timeline for full City Entitlement
Process, which encompasses the City Planning Process, Building Process, and
Housing Process, all aimed at achieving the RTI.
- I was responsible for coordinating efforts and interactions between building
plan checkers, city planners, property owners, and various consultants.
- Using Revit software, I was working and overseeing the drafting process of
various projects and completing outstanding items or task that remain to be
accomplished.
- My role involved managing several projects associated with the City
Entitlement Process, including the TOC building process, among others.
Furthermore, I was in charge of initiating the planning process, working closely
with different city departments.
- Programs used: Revit, CAD, Enscape - when needed, Rhino - when needed
