RAEMIAN CAELITUS

The towers are designed so that each unit enjoys panoramic views of the Han River and Namsan Mountain. The ground level landscape is designed to ensure a harmonious balance between indoor and outdoor living. The iconic sky bridge incorporates all the communal programs such as the lounge, library, spa, gym, art gallery and golf driving range. This design is an extension of the ground plane and engages all three towers acting as a “community glue”. Employing sustainable materials and state of the art green technologies, this visionary project integrates building and landscape into a single inventive community that is environmentally responsible, practical, and innovative
