This live|work unit promotes compact living. The client expressed interest in designing a highly functional and efficient spaces for her hair salon studio and her upstairs apartment. The project aims to give downtown Wake Forest more options to densify its footprint while remaining a traditional neighborhood. Careful parameter studies were done to adapt a modern structure with the urban tread.
