My client wanted to surprise her son with an ADU as a gift after his newborn child. I worked with this client very closely to ensure her idea was conveyed.

We had the opportunity to build up 20 ft high per city requirements, while only able to cover 50% of the main structure which led to a 678 SQ.FT.  allowance. I worked with my client from initial planning to receiving building permits, through to construction. Estimated completion date is February 2021.

Request from my client: 

• 2 bedrooms, with closets in each

• 2 fully functional bathrooms with shower 

• 1 open concept kitchen]

• 1 open concept living room

• 2 stories with bay views
