-Develop design documents for soft story retrofit which includes site plans, elevations, framing, foundation and details through project completion for residential clients.
-Coordinate work by setting up weekly progress meetings with several design staff to meet project deadlines and client needs.
-Attend trade shows and seminars to help soft story owners with new city ordinance required to retrofit their property.
- Utilize ETABS through excel to determine beam, foundation and base plate vulnerability during a seismic event.
