Palladio's Villa la Rotonda was an important historical reference in the conception of this new intervention in a city in the Veneto. Together with the monumental character all the techniques of green architecture have been introduced in this project for a villa, completely in wood, with a swimming pool. The small central courtyard, the porticos, the screenings and the organisation of the spaces all aim, together with the materials, to achieve an optimal energy performance in compliance with the leed certification Gold Class.
