I am a designer and project manager from Southern California with a Bachelor's degree and experience managing a variety of unique and challenging projects.
Some of the tasks at which I excel are;
- Facilitating design consultations with (potential) clients to determine scope of work and spatial requirements while providing real-time 3D renderings.
- Taking necessary measurements and compiling information regarding project materials, estimated costs, anticipated schedule, etc.
- Building and facilitating a collaborative team process throughout a project and maintaining positive working relationships between participants (architect, owner/developer, subcontractors, inspectors, etc.).
- Managing client expectations with regard to project scope, budget, schedule...and, ensuring that they understand what services are being provided, and the time frame in which they can expect them to be completed.
- Planning and layout of projects. Integration of various elements into a unified design concept. Generating required construction documentation and concept drawings for client approval.
- Developing detailed project schedule and communicating key dates to project team while ensuring that tasks and expectations are clear.
- Providing leadership, resources and technical advice while representing clients in obtaining bids and awarding construction contracts.
- Implementing all phases of project (contracts, designs, budgeting, scheduling, planning, documentation, permitting, organizing, and managing of work.)

School Murals Project, Los Angeles, CA, US, Founder
To encourage artistic expression and mentor youth, I developed a program which allows students to participate in the planning and painting of murals on their school campus. Throughout the process, I act as both artist and facilitator--assisting the students with the conceptualization process, planning, fund-raising, and the painting of the murals.

I was hired at Signs and Designs to design and construct a prototype showroom for the company's new locations. In addition, I was involved in the sales/design, manufacturing, and installation of all types of signs and graphics for commercial and retail enterprises alike.

Following a five-year apprenticeship, I opened my own company designing, manufacturing, and installing custom woodwork and cabinetry. As owner/operator, I was responsible for sales and design, accounting, inventory management, personnel, manufacturing, scheduling, installation, etc. In this capacity, I oversaw a variety of complex and rewarding projects for both residential and commercial/retail customers.
