Description: New 11 story, 88 Unit Hotel to include Catering Hall on 11th floor - Taken over from previous Architect after Construction began so many challenges faced this project from redesigning while fitting the built structure (7 floors of concrete) to starting as a boutique hotel then branding as Four Points.
Responsibilities: Began as drafter for this job, but slowly took on more responsibilities and became the project manager and main point of contact for this job. Dealing on a day to day basis with everyone from the owner, the contractor, the interior and lighting designers, to the Starwood Hotel’s team. As well as being the main contact point, I also managed the job creating all CDs, DOB paperwork, filing with the DOB etc.
