Recently completed penthouse condominium renovation. Project was featured in the local design magazine Hawaii Home+Remodeling (May 2011). Responsible for schematic design from beginning through completion of construction. Duties included site investigation and documentation, code research, specification writing, detailing, document checking and coordination. (2008-2010, $700K)
