Managed $90M + in luxury residential development projects, from concept and feasibility analysis through design, finance, construction and sales at a 1010 acre master planned community on Kauai’s South Shore
Reported to the VP of Planning and Development, and worked seamlessly with all elements of the organization from the President, CFO, Resort GM, HR, and Sales and Marketing team
In house development program nearly tripled revenues from $32M in 2012 to $92M in 2015
