Nivak Florya Sale Office

The new sales office of Nivak Group in Florya, designed by Istanbul-based Gonye Design, founded by Architect Yelin Evcen and Interior Architect Gönül Ardal, has been completed. The sales office is divided into three main sections: a welcome-waiting area, an architectural model area and an event space that includes part of the apartment as a sample kitchen.

While designing the space organization, it is aimed to create an inviting effect with transparent and fluid forms that protect the permeability between spaces. In the plan with horizontal architecture, ceiling and floor axes were determined to emphasize the depth of the space and create a focus. These focal points are located at two ends and designed to create a sculptural effect in the space with large masses. To make these masses feel more emphasized, bright natural stone reflecting these units was preferred on the floor.

In order to obtain a warmer atmosphere in the waiting and reception area, comfortable and cozy seating units have been designed. In the center of the lounge area, it is aimed to create an intimate environment with its fireplace and arc-shaped preferred lighting. The table located just behind it creates a surface area for informal meetings and project reviews.

The architectural model area, which is also perceived from the outside on the road route, is separated from the general area in order to both arouse curiosity and customize the project. The architectural model table is hidden behind the sculptural marble divider rising massively from the floor and detached from the general environment. This area is designed to emphasize the model table as floor and ceiling.  In the design of the model table, a form that maintains its continuity as a whole from the floor is preferred. To get a reflection of the model on the ceiling and to make the space feel higher and more emphasized, a stretch ceiling system was used to provide depth with a mirror effect. The lighting used on the model is aimed to create a technical image. One of the lightings is considered as an accessory and used as a mirror surface to reflect the model in a certain position.

The meeting rooms, located opposite the architectural model area and the lounge area, are separated from the space with glass dividers to maintain the depth of the space. In order to make these rooms more inviting and spacious, the parquet used on the ceiling and floor has been moved to the general space. In an effort to break the glass density in the space, the interview rooms are shaded with wooden dividers at certain levels.

To create a fluid and holistic effect, the mirror-effect ceiling is continued into the meeting room. The meeting rooms are designed with round tables and bookcases to create a trusting and honest atmosphere.

In the event area, the kitchen, which is designed to be exactly the same as the kitchen that will be used in the apartments for sale, has been transformed into an event kitchen that works with all its functions. Across from it is a private meeting room that will also give the impression of a dining room.
