The interior of the Black Edition House is a continuation of the architectural design concept, so all solutions are aimed at opening views of the surrounding pine forest and giving the owners of the house and their guests the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of nature.

The total area of the building is 338 m2.

The heart of the house is a spacious living room, which, together with the lobby and the kitchen, forms a single open space with a total area of more than 100 m2. The atrium in the living room designed by Golub Architects has a ceiling height of more than 7 m. One of the walls of the living room is made of aluminum translucent structures of the company Alutech, the size of this window is 6.8 m high and 10.7 m long. This technique allows you to visually erase the boundaries between the interior and exterior. There is a complete feeling that you are resting in a pine forest, while the engineering systems provide the microclimate (temperature and air humidity) necessary for customers. The architects paid special attention to designing the stairwell. It is made of monolithic reinforced concrete and painted white. A round hole is designed in the load-bearing pylon as the concept of the staircase was to ensure a "game of views" between the owners and guests. Because visual contact between the person in the living room and the person moving down the stairs appears and disappears when going down or up.

The kitchen and all cabinet furniture in the house are made to order in Ukraine according to the individual design of Golub Architects.

  The master bedroom block is designed on the 1st floor, on the second floor there are individual bedrooms for two children, as well as a guest room. When designing all bedrooms, the individual characteristics and preferences of each family member are taken into account. The style of the bedrooms corresponds to the uniform style of the house. The design is dominated by gray, green and white colors of various shades. The idea was to connect the interior with the surrounding tones of pine needles.
