GlobArch Greenbuilding is developed in the early 90s in Italy and is based on work and expertise of architect Ermenegildo Anoja.
It deals with architectural and structural design, renovation and interior design, design of plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems.
His projects follows the standards of green buildings.
GlobArch is also specialized in the design and construction supervision of residential, office, commercial and production buildings with wooden structure, seismic and high energy saving.
It uses, as guiding principles, the concepts of "global" and "multi-disciplinary integration":
"global" means to includ all design phases and elements that create a harmonious product;
"multi-disciplinary integration" means to draw on various disciplines, such as natural architecture, bioclimatic, Green Building, Feng Shui and Geobiology, to design places that embody an "existential space" which can help people to restore their "natural balance" and contain constructive solutions that respect the environment and aimed at saving energy as proposed by bio-ecological architecture and by certification Klima Haus.
The approach to the project in a "Global" view, in fact, always takes into account the element of "MAN" as an essential component to achieve the desired result, while facilitating the construction and bureaucracy process and its harmonious flow.
In planning and execution practice, particular attention is paid to the study of solutions aimed at achieving energy savings through the use of biocompatible materials or otherwise low environmental impact, renewable energy sources and solutions "passive" in accordance with the bioclimatic architecture.
The solutions adopted guarantee exceeding the parameters required by the national legislation on energy savings and the achievement of energy certification.
Particular aim in recent years is the achievement of "nearly zero energy Building" required by the EU Directive 31/2010.
