Awarded NYSERDA's Buildings of Excellence, GF55 Architect's Tree of Life project demonstrates that a LOW CARBON FUTURE is smart, sustainable, livable, and 100% possible. This new building in Queens NY will include 174 units of Passive House certified affordable housing, a community health center, and a community facility operated by the First Presbyterian Church of Jamaica.
